THCH programs are free and available on-line to reduce the risks associated with Covid-19 and ensure that mothers and babies are safe.

Young Mothers Empowerment Program
For teenagers during and after pregnancy.
THCH encourages young mothers to become the best mommies they can be.
GOALS
For women and teens ages, 13-22 years-old.
Trauma-Informed Care with an emphasis on physical, psychological and emotional safety.
Group participants are tested to measure PTSD, clinical anxiety, depression and Perinatal Mood Disorders.
Participants receive their Welcome Baby Basket after completing group counseling (8 weeks).
Provide emotional support, practical education, mentorship, and community resources without judgment.

MOMMY AND ME FIT
Developed physical classes to help pregnant and postpartum women stay active and healthy.
GOALS
To help pregnant women physically prepare for labor and delivery
To improve psychological well-being before and after delivery
Reduce gestational diabetes
Decreased risk of obesity and hypertension during pregnancy.
Decreased risk of preterm labor, reduce traumatic labor incidences and postpartum hospitalizations
Maintain moderate fitness and active lifestyle during pregnancy
